This includes improved speed performance because the user’s request will not have to travel as far from the server location before it reaches its destination. This can result in less latency time than if you were located directly at that geographic point.

A CDN also allows users around the world with different internet service providers or networks to access information quickly when they visit sites hosted by other companies who use this technology instead of relying solely upon their own servers even though those may be closer geographically

 

Optimize images and videos by compressing

It’s very important to compress your images and videos as much as possible. Compressing them will save space, but it also saves time when loading the page on a computer or mobile device.

When compression is done right the file will be a close approximation of the original without any noticeable reduction in quality or fidelity. Make sure that you optimize all your image assets before publishing or uploading anything online!

Minimize the number of requests made to render a page

Did you know that page rendering time is impacted by the number of requests made? We can all help to minimize the number of unnecessary requests on a website. I know that this takes technical knowledge which I don’t have. So, another option is to use a plugin that helps load scripts after.
